This build was located in the ritzy area of North County San Diego called Del Mar, CA. This bathroom was definitely in need of a remodel basically generic and outdated. It was stripped down to the studs and rebuilt from scratch. The client wasn’t quite sure what to do with it and ICINC made recommendations all along the way.
The main challenge with this remodel was the fact that a massive concrete wall float had to be created to handle the weight of all the glass tiles used to build the shower stall and the adjoining wall. This was the first time that ICINC had used Caeserstone (a primarily man-made countertop product) and we’ve been recommending it ever since! Restoration hardware handles, lights, mirrors, shelves, rain shower head, and primary shower head all made this project come together beautifully.
